Multistage did a great job repairing my 99 Jeep Wrangler. The front differential was completely destroyed because the last person that upgraded it had no idea what they were doing. Multistate updated me during the repair process and took care of the Jeep like it was one of their own vehicles. If your dealing with something as important and expensive as a differential unit, do yourself a favor and take it to Multistate. That way you only have to do it once. Great job fellas!

I was referred (highly recommended) to this specialty transmission repair shop by another local mechanic/repair shop. This was my first time dealing with Multistate Transmission, in Waterford, MI, and all I can say is I was very pleased. My vehicle was test driven. They professionally and quickly diagnosed the problem; quoted a reasonable repair price, and then fixed my vehicle. I had a five-speed manual tranny issue, involving the clutch assembly, throw-out bearing, and the associated slave cylinder. My repair was started on Friday, and was complete and ready for pick up, early, on the following Monday. I highly recommend this repair shop, should you need any transmission repair, automatic and/or manual. Kudos to Tom, his mechanics, and the Multistate Transmission franchise in Waterford, MI. A job well done, and very much appreciated.

Called the shop on Saturday afternoon and left a voicemail. To my surprise, I received a phone call back within 10 minutes! The guy (Tom) apologized that he missed the call, and asked me to bring my vehicle in Sunday night for him to check it out first thing Monday morning (explained that he was out of town on vacation!!). I received a phone call from Tom Monday by 10:00 am, communicating the issue. VERY reasonable pricing, overall VERY pleased with his service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
